位於大嶼山東南面、芝麻灣對開的長洲形似啞鈴，距離港島只有11公里，是人口最稠密的離島之一。
Cheung Chau is a dumbbell-shape island situated southeast to Lantau Island and 11 kilometres away from Hong Kong Island. It is the most densely populated outlying island in Hong Kong.
